Dr. Sholl's Moleskin has become a staple expendable for sound mixers.  It was made to protect feet, but has been reassigned to place lav mics discreetly beneath clothing.  The soft cotton flannel outer layer, easily cuttable material, thin conforming profile, and self-stick adhesive make moleskin an indespensable tool to have in the tape arsenal.  Each padding strip is 4 5/8" x 3 3/8".
